Our grease filling line produces about 30,000 tubes of grease per week. Beyond standard cartridges, we have filled 3 oz tubes, 16 oz tubs, 7 lb pails, 35 lb pails and 120 lb kegs. We fill from 400 lb drums, or directly from a bulk tank or tote.
Packed the way you ship
Our standard pack is 10-pack boxes, with three 10-packs shrink-sleeved into a 30-pack master. If you need a different box, we'll coordinate it with you.
Inventory you can track
We print batch codes on every individual unit and on the boxes, so tracking inventory and lots is simple.
Records for every run
We keep COAs on file for your products and log every batch filled with its unit count. We also keep weight sheets showing the weights of samples pulled from the line during each run.
