What to send for a quote

The more we know up front, the faster and more accurate your quote. Include:

• Product type: grease, oil, chemical, lotion, gel, etc.
• Viscosity, if you know it, or a product data sheet
• Container type and size
• Volume per run and estimated annual volume
• Components: will you supply them, or should we source them?
• Labeling and coding needs
• Target timeline

An SDS and your artwork files help too. You can attach them on the quote form.

Planning a squeeze tube run

Lead time

Printed tubes are ordered from the tube manufacturer and take about 4–5 weeks after the tube order is placed. Build that into your launch date. Filling and packing follow once the tubes arrive.

Minimums

Printed tube production is built around runs of 10,000 units and up, because that's how printed tubes are ordered.

Artwork

We connect you directly with our tube manufacturer so your artwork is set up correctly for tube printing.

Coding and QC

Each tube gets a batch code on the front and a manufacturing date on the back. Tubes are filled within one gram, hand-packed, inspected, and every case is weighed to verify the count.
